I remember seeing some clips of the reactions in the "True Hollywood Story" for this movie.
them movie-goers wasn't bout that life. :whew:

nah in all seriousness though, with the digital effects and CGI and all around just the day and age we live in now, we've all been desensitized. stuff don't faze the new generation like it used to do.

I remember my dad telling me when he first saw this in the theater in Trinidad when it first came out and how the theater itself was creepy and shyt. not like the fancy Cinema's we got here in the States.
he said on the real scary parts, the dudes who ran the movie reels would turn up the sound extra loud to fukk with people.

first time I saw it as a teenager I was nervous cause it had the reputation to being the scariest movie ever made, but I think I did alright.
it's still my go to movie for great Horror.
