I asked my clinic director about the fight and that cac had a fit.

Me: What's good Dr. H? You watch the fight? :mjpls:

Him: Cotdamn wimp didn't even fight. What was that shyt? If he woulda stood still, Pacman woulda knocked him on his keister.

Me: But the point is to hit and not get hit. :dwillhuh:

Him: To hell with that. I wanted to see a fight. And why was that one Mexican fella fighting a car insurance salesman?

Me: :mjlol:

My Assistant...

Her: Dr. TheNig, I know you're really into boxing, how did you feel about that crap?

Me: Crap? I wouldn't say it was crap Ms. R. But I did expect more from both fighters.

Her: Does Mayweather always fight like that?

Me: Nah... he's usually a little more active. I'm not sure if he was being cautious or what but I've seen him look better.

Her: I don't think either of them cared. They'd already gotten their money. They were in the ring because that's what the people wanted.

Me: :ehh:

Muthafukkas all on my FB trying to talk shyt..

Saying it was boring, dude was running, etc., I had to get in they ass even if they were friends of mine

If you gonna talk about boxing to me then you know not to say that shyt to me. I've seen nikkas running in the ring.. That wasn't it

I seen 10x's more hugging in the Klitschko fight last week and no one said shyt

Dude showed the world a boxing lesson... He fights how you're SUPPOSED to fight. I think Floyd could've let his hands go more but he didn't have too and that's not his style anymore.

He jabbed, lead right handed him, check hooked spinning off ropes, kept the proper range, tied up when necessary, etc.

I thought Floyd could've thrown the uppercut and hooks more, but I think he just wanted to win and not risk getting caught just to show the world he could've won easily

I don't think it was a lesson at all. It was almost like they didn't want to hit each other. I'm not saying it was boring but it was a disappointing showing from both of them. I was just expecting more.
If you know boxing it was a lesson.

The range Floyd kept, the baiting he did to get Pac to throw, the lead rights/jabs, the footwork, the counter check hooks... Etc

Everything I have been taught and trained on was on display and perfectly executed by Floyd. And it's nothing new

There could've been more but Pac wasn't jumping in like he said he would.. Mainly because he kept eating right hands and jabs. I thought Floyd could've done more and been more aggressive but like I said, I think he didn't want to risk it especially since he was dominating.

Floyd is the type that won't turn up until it's nevessary..or if you piss him off like Mosely did. Other than that he'll just coast if he's in the lead

Alvarez was a lesson. Shane was a lesson. Gatti was a lesson. This was not. And I know boxing. I was taught to be defensive. I was taught to be aggressive when the opportunity presented itself. I just thought Floyd missed waaaaaaaaay too many chances.

Don't get me wrong, he won clearly. But he also beat Maidana the second time clearly. This was just the same fight to me.

Floyd didn't miss the chances, he just didn't take them... And he didn't have to really.

There's other shyt in the ring that he probably saw that we didn't. Maybe he could tell Manny was trying to counter (he did a couple times surprisingly). Maybe he could see Manny wanting to do something so Floyd would do something else

He said Manny was trying to box with him, trying to take that chess match challenge but he physically (being smaller/stubbier) and mentally couldn't compete with Mayweather at their best.

I had a (dumb) nikka tell me the fight was fixed, simply because the fight was...
  • In Vegas
  • Promoted by Mayweather Promotions (<------- Hahahahaha! This was the 1st time I've ever heard that excuse).
Dumb nikkas and dumb casuals will find any excuse not to accept defeat.
