Am I the only one who thinks it odd that a month after Will's QB competition, Treon, fails a drug test, Will is compelled to just run out to the nearest GNC without consulting ANY team trainer or coach and make an honest, simple "mistake" purchase? These players are schooled and counseled on PED's, over and over again along with the random testing policy.

Standing at the presser is great if we want to claim a "character-moral" victory.

To me, he got preferential treatment versus Treon's suspension and I am, by no stretch, a huge Treon homer.

Coach should be treating them identically. Same words. Same actions. A substance is a substance. Will should have known or checked. He owns a cell phone.

Coach should have stated Will chose to take a year off of football. Period. Treon wasn't given such an opportunity a month ago. I may not soynd it here, but I love both players and the staff. I do not see a climate of fairness whatsoever.

This is coddling our star QB; something we have called out others for recently.

I do not think parading our star QB out front of the media an hour after the bomb drops is appropriate the day of a suspension. You're saying the mistake is ok because he's got character.

Character, yes but without a shrug of real ownership.

I want all players dealt with equally. That's my point.
