Flexibility issues from working out

So after hitting the weights for the last two months solid, I've noticed my flexibility take a hit. To the point where reaching around to my back becomes hard whereas before it wasn't.

What can I do to improve my flexibility? Don't wanna end up with a walking 2 x 4 with zero flexibility.

Is it simply just a case of stretching everyday? Actually, it probably is thinking about it. Used to have this teacher who was brolic yet could sit on the floor and touch the floor with his nose and he said he stretched everyday.

it really is as simple as stretching. ive always considered doing yoga as well...never actually gone thru with it tho.

Pinkman, stretch everyday fam. Alot of people don't stretch AFTER their workout.
