Fixing weak wrists?

I been getting a sharp pain in my wrists lately whenever I do lateral or frontal raises or bench heavy or ohp... could I be injuring myself with poor form or do I need to work on some imbalances somehow?:wrist::wrist:

Could be poor form unless you really did hurt them. You ever box or do some kind of sport heavily?

Could be poor form unless you really did hurt them. You ever box or do some kind of sport heavily?
Nah never injured wrists before,boxed a little bit before school and work interfered

I fukked up one of my wrist more than a year ago from wrist weights, and it never recovered.

What can I do to fix it?

I can't even do push ups anymore :mjcry:
