Most of the material in this book can be found online, but if you like reading it's not a bad book. Also offer good reasons why fad diets and crazy diet tricks don't work.
Just found this pdf of Lyle McDonald's The Ketogenic Diet. Lyle is a legitimate dietician and this book leaves out a lot of the wild claims that people often make when talking about the Ketogenic diet. The other part I thought was interesting, towards the end, Lyle goes into detail on how to apply the diet to bodybuilding. I just started reading it, so far it's good.
