Have we been lied to? Fitness industry tells me I have to eat X amount of protein and take this supplement yet this brother is doing regular calisthenics while smoking and drinking? Is it all genetics or is diet just overrated? :jbhmm:

Overemphasis on protein intake is a racket

And calisthenics+ isometrics will get you closer to superhuman than just about anything

Either way what you're seeing in these vids comes from years of work
