Nothing really matters...
At the same time, I'm hoping that they don't ban 3D printers because it's possible to print guns with them.
While this is impressive/scary, there are so many amazing things that could eventually be done with 3D printers. Imagine ordering some technology from someplace like newegg or amazon and having it printed the next second instead of waiting for it to be delivered.
Society changing stuff right there. It would just suck if it got into the wrong hands... but that's a risk with nearly anything, is it not?
