Yesterday after 3 months being gone.
Walked in like
Jogged on the treadmill for warm up
Went to work
Of course lost strength but I was surprised how I could still handle the weight when it came to curls. I was still in my same range just 5-10 lbs lighter depending on the exercise.
Left the gym like
Woke up this morning
But I'm going in today
