I've been trying to pitch my company to investors for a long time but with no luck

Lately, I've been trying to reach out to celebs but I usually can't make it past their agent/lawyer etc
so now I'm thinking about traveling to NYC and just do some cold stone hustling, and just straight up
find a celebrity and pitch my product to them
As of right now, I got two people in mind. Russell Simmmons and Daymond John
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would go about doing this?
