Finance Professionals: What are some materials worth reading to educate myself for licensing?

I've been working in Client/Prospect outreach for close to four years now of which I've been an Associate during that time. I've reached my ceiling within my role and given that I work for a firm, there are a number of internal opportunities. I am interested in making the transition to someone who is Series 7/63, etc certified. It's going to be a lot of work, but I feel that it is time for a change or just pack my stuff and find a role in a new field.
