I agree. I still like Logan as a hero slightly better (because of X-23, Broken Wolverine, etc.,) but Heath Ledger made that Batman movie...

Logan had a lot more emotion to it but most super hero films are only as good as it's villains (Loki, Winter Soldier, TDK, etc.,)

It's definitely up there with the best imo.

Should've had Sabertooth in there some kind of way as the villain instead of literal clone. Would've done so much work finishing off the story.

Nah DK is leagues above it. We all love the film but mainly because it's violent and erases all those shytty X-Men films. Take away the violence and what do you have, a good movie. DK is great across the board.
