gained about 10 pounds of muscle since late December - early January and I'm loving the way I look. I'm definitely gonna be ready for the summer

wont working out burn calories?

Do you care if you put on fat instead of muscle? If you just lift heavy and eat more then you'll put on mostly muscle. If you just eat more and don't do anything then it will be all fat. You won't burn many calories unless you're doing cardio, or unless you keep your rest intervals short like circuit training. If you take a couple min inbetween sets then there's no conditioning component, i.e. not much calorie loss.:ld:

yo real talk, Im 6'1 and 160 lbs, I work out 4-5 days a week, my body is becoming more defined but I dont think im eating enough, which is why im not gaining weight. I would love to gain about 15-20 lbs, i just dont know how to go about doing it
