8 was wack. 7 and 9 is where it’s at.
I love 7 the most out of the two. 8 is my second favorite. 9 was trash (fukk that monkey tail phakkit). 10 was cool but the voice acting was bad, should have left it all silent. 6 was dope too. 12 is hard to get into if you missed out on the original drop. If you want a feel for the aesthetic/vibe then just play 16
8 should've done more with the military school motif.
I ending up play 8 first then 7. 7 had the better story, 8 had slightly better game mechanics.

Finally beat 8. Took me two years.
Music was amazing but I'm probably never gonna play it again.

why do people hate FF8 so much?!?!
Just people being bandwagoning idiots. 8 has...
- The best soundtrack along with 6.
- A great disc 1 and a great disc 4.
- The best card game.
- One of the better casts in FF games.
- A great world to explore.
- A bunch on incredible environments.
- A batshyt crazy but entertaining plot with brainwashing, time travel, child mercs, space travel etc.
