Long story short: I'm 99.9% sure I got a false positive result on a drug test that i took after being injured on the job. I contested it, even went to another clinic and spent my own money to take another test and passed it. Because of this, I was terminated from my position last week.
I left on great terms with my boss, who was very shook up about having to let me go (I was a model employee with not a single blemish on my record, I never even once showed up late). She gave me her personal number and email address and encouraged me to use her as a reference.
Now I'm on the job hunt and I don't know what to put in the box that says "Reason for leaving last job" do I put "Will discuss", or "Personal reasons"?.
