A Manhattan investment honcho raking in more than $4 million a year is a deadbeat dad who won’t even pay for his little daughter’s school uniform, class photos and birthday parties, court papers allege.

Kathryn Hartwell Pickett, 38, says estranged hockey-scion hubby Brett Pickett, 44, is refusing to pay for the measly items, “tightening his financial vise’’ as their divorce battle rages.

Kathryn filed for divorce against her husband of 10 years in November 2012.

Brett, a former vice president at JPMorgan, is a managing director of the investment advisory firm Evercore, which handles more than $13 billion in assets.

His father, John Pickett, owned the Islanders hockey team from 1978 to 1988. The family has a $40 million estate called “Four Winds” in Palm Beach, Fla.

The miffed mom says in the court papers, the details of which were obtained by The Post, that their 8-year-old son, influenced by his father, recited this poem to her in front of the nanny: “Zero, one, two, three, Mommy is the enemy, because she shops all day, this is what I say.”

:heh:

Kathryn maintains that Pickett refused to pay for their daughter’s $265 school uniforms and $32.95 class photos, and their eldest son’s $500 birthday party. He also owes $16,000 in child support, she claims.

Kathryn, a Harvard grad and former investment banker, also wants a raise on her monthly support from $12,000 to $32,000.

The Upper East Side stay-at-home mom says the money is necessary to sustain the “luxurious standard of living” she enjoyed with Brett, including “two homes, first-class vacations, high-end clothing and frequent dining out,” the suit says.

Kathryn has primary custody of their 8-year-old son and 6-year-old boy and girl twins.

Brett did not return calls for comment. His lawyer, Kevin M. McDonough, said the divorce was a confidential matter.

Regarding Kathryn’s motion for the money she claims Brett owes, McDonough said, “That’s all being addressed by the court. He does not owe any child support.”

you just have to choose the right women that's all :heh:
"Kathryn filed for divorce against her husband of 10 years in November 2012."

80% of divorces are filled by women.

But these fools think they can see into the future and pick a right woman, not knowing in 2013 marriage is a straight lottery.

yep
you literally never know, it can be a year, 5, 10, everything can be going great then boom.

Women end most relationships as well, marriage is the only contract you can end early and there be no penalities for the person who ended it early.

I gotta pay my phone company like 400 if i cancel my contract, gotta pay the bank a penalty if i try to get out of mortgage. But marriage? :ehh:

I swear, it seems like these days if you so much as just LIVE with a woman for like a week, you'll end up paying her bills for years after it's over. It ain't even just marriage you have to be weary of anymore

These fukkin' courts trying their hardest to make nikkas foot the bill for hoes as long as possible, just because they had a relationship. America sucks.
