for the first time in my relationship with my current girl im going out of town for 4 days without her. Im really not trying to be texting throughout the day or calling...so whats the minimum I can get by with without her getting pissed

Tell her you're on vacation and you have a lot of activities planned with family, friends, old college buddies whatever and you won't be able to be on your phone like that. Make sure you don't tweet or use facebook or anything else while you're gone. Take 20 mins out and send her a random I'm having a good time but I'm missing you txt back and forth once when you have a minute. Take a minimal amount of effort and make it look like it's a lot of effort.

If she still gets pissed, she ain't the bytch for you. If you don't hear from her at all, then she's "on vacation" too namean
