This isn't for hiring or recruiting. It's not even about ethnic health disparities.

It's studying diseases and treatment efficacy across different ethnic populations for cancer treatments and other drugs where genetic ancestry could affect the frequency of disease burden or effectiveness of certain treatments.

I remember a couple of months or weeks (time flies by now a days) I was saying about a tweet calling Black foreigners "vermin" was leading to stuff like this as it turns into "Cutting the tall trees" which began the Rwandan genocide.
