"Who's the best: Pac, Nas and Big?"
A continuation of my "Favorite track off a Classic or Great album" threads. Yesterday I covered Dr. Dre's "The Chronic" in which the majority voted for "Let Me Ride". Today it'll be one of the all time classics, Snoop Dogg's legendary debut album, "Doggystyle". This album is quite possibly one of the greatest albums I've ever heard. The replay ability on this album is unmatched. It's universally agreed that the album is a classic.
I have never seen anyone debate it's status as a classic let alone say it's a bad album
Ima probably get some hate on this one but I prefer Doggystyle to The Chronic
You can't go wrong with either though. This album no matter what will always be played in the whip when I go on long trips. If you have the album and don't even bump it in the whip then i don't know what to tell you
Doggystyle, The Chronic, & All Eyez On Me are my essential albums to always have & bump in the whip at all times. A prime snoop with nothing but quotables, classic production, classic skits, & no skipable tracks. It's the perfect album. It's a shame he couldn't follow it up with his own "It Was Written". I fukks with The Last Meal & The Blue Carpet Treatment though
The album truly put the the West Coast on the map, as well as defining it. This is another case where I can't choose a favorite track right now
What's your favorite track off this classic? & if you can, explain.
