I had a question for you guys. I work out regularly, most times doing some version of HIIT. Lately, I've been trying to put on weight more mass
so I've been eating a sh*t ton. One thing I noticed is that no matter how much I work out whether it's putting on weight or cutting my face still
remains fat. I know about water retention due to a lot of sodium. I try to drink > 64 ounces a day but my cheeks are puffy. Any of you guys have
tips or know why this is?

Get bf% to 10 or less. If you don't see a change, it's genetics.

Jack Lalanne has face exercises on youtube but that shyt sounds ridiculous:skip: Not sure if it really works.

Both of those sound right, but more so the running.

I got my face (and beer belly) shrunk by running 4 miles a day x5 days a week (Monday - Friday.) Took about a year :whew:

I also stopped drinking alcohol and did ab work to get my stomach going.

I also was dieting. A long with the no alcohol I had no junk food. Pizza, Mexican food, chips, candy, chocolate, etc. etc.

So really, focus on these things.
A) Running
B) No alcohol
C) Diet

If that doesn't help, maybe it's genetics. Give it time doe, it won't happen over night.

What is your height and what is your weight?
What is your belt size?

You can't target a particular body part to lose fat. Your body stores fat in a certain order and amount, and when you lose weight, it will remove it in the same order. If you gain 10 pounds, all 10 pounds don't go to the abdominal area. If you cut the fat off only the abs and put it on a scale, it would less than 3 lbs. You would have extra fat all over: toes, ankles, legs, butt, abs, chest, arms, fingers, neck, face, etc.
