damn between bush and matthews on this site, I'm happy to stay the fukk away

Gotta draft tomorrow morning. Interested in seeing how far he slips. What do you think is good value for him right now? I'm thinking Round 3 at this point.

Picked up Ronnie Brown in that league. :scusthov:

My back-ups are Royster, Helu, Ridley, Starks, and now Ronnie Brown. I was playing Ridley at flex. Now I got Royster at flex. I think I got enough ammo to make a trade for a dependable WR.

The good thing is it's a broken bone and not something like a hamstring issue that will linger. the bad thing is he's ryan matthews and plays for the chargers

I wouldn't touch a washington RB; Shanny likes to fukk around too much. The minute ridley fumbles, he's cooked for the season. I was reading that GB was favoring Alex Green because Starks appears to be regressing. Not trying to be a negative nancy, just from past experiences/pats fan/what i'm reading.

I'm a huge Pats fan. You should know that :beli: loves Ridley. He's the reason they let Green-Ellis walk. They think he's a better Ellis. He's a strong runner between the tackles which they need.

Shanahan only fukked around when Hightower got hurt. He's giving a lot of praise to Royster and if he has a good preseason I think he'll be a great back to own.

For the Starks debate...I forgot to say I also have Alex Green. I pretty much got two backfields locked up in Wash. and GB. Starks did look good aside from that fumble tonight. He was running hard.

Does Belli love anyone?

Shanny praising this and praising that, while Hightower practices with the first team.

Running hard, and fukking around in camp.

:childplease:

Hightower hasn't even practiced yet and is injured.

"Tim Hightower (ACL surgery) ran with a "slight hitch" in Thursday's first practice of training camp." - Rotoworld

"The Washington Post believes that, "if healthy," Tim Hightower (ACL surgery) will be the Redskins' starting running back." - Rotoworld

"Tim Hightower, Redskins: Currently running with the first team in Washington but being drafted behind Roy Helu and Evan Royster." - Matthew Berry

I like how the two main fantasy posters thus far can't really agree on anything. gives others perspective and confuses the hell out of them.

Its the type of discussion this forum is going to thrive off of. Theres a lot of knowledge in here.

However...:smugfavre:

You're just showing me the old news. Check rotoworld again.

Tim Hightower is listed as the No. 1 running back on the Redskins' initial preseason depth chart, with Evan Royster second and Roy Helu third.
This, despite the fact that Hightower has yet to practice and isn't close to 100 percent by coach Mike Shanahan's own admission. In other words, pure Shanahan-igans. Royster has been running with the first team in Hightower's absence, but how Shanahan delegates touches in Washington's second and third preseason games will be far more telling than whatever he claims his depth chart looks like. Aug 6 - 2:45 PM

Doesn't bother me that Hightower is number 1. He's coming back off a major knee surgery and he looks like a poor man's Ryan Grant of last year. I think that team will run a lot with RGIII. Helu and Royster can both be valuable if Hightower is out. But I think Royster holds the value at this point because of his goal line touches especially since he went with the first team in tonight's preseason game too.
