Everyday the Sun Comes Up
I did only 3 teams on CBS this year. Was hoping to do something here but the views just aren't there right now. Fantasy Football should bring back a ton of people though. I try not to pick the same players on any of fantasy teams yet I always seem to get one or two. I hate putting stock into one player into a few teams in case he gets injured. I draft based on who I think will exceed their draft position, essentially the best value. This year I made sure to nab all my sleepers and spread them out throughout my leagues. I always play 5x5 Roto for fantasy baseball...I've known no other way, and all three of the leagues are 12 team leagues.

At the out start of the season I intended to draft pitching as late as I could because it is always easier to find pitching gems. I ended up getting Brandon Philips and Zach Greinke on two of my teams. Greinke kept slipping to the 5th and 6th rounds and I couldn't let that value pass, Philips slipped in both drafts as well. A few sleepers I had were Michael Morse in Seattle. Even before his hot spring he was a bounce back candidate.

Even with Brandon Belt's slow start don't count him out. He started the past couple of games and could provide a good average with decent power. Michael Cuddyer was another sleeper. In CBS leagues he was going incredibly late and at Coors field with Tulo and CarGo coming back, I think he could turn into a Josh Willingham player of this year.

Chase Headley...after his injury I was able to scoop him up in the 12th round. The entire league kind of was shy to injured players with Granderson going 3 rounds later to me. I was also able to grab Teixeira off the waiver wire right before they said he'd be back May 1st.

I had Pedro Alvarez pegged as a sleeper but he's come up empty so far. Once he gets on a streak though he'll be able to reward fantasy owners.

Just some quick thoughts/notes...
