I'm not 100% sure on this but I heard there was a lot of internal conflict in PE. I read some interview that alluded that Steez wanted to be the front guy/face of the squad but Joey's mom was their manager or something like that..

the pros stay doing songs together, whether they on his albums or he on theirs, or they going out to tour. plus the only "hits" i know joey to write was that post malone song (and that was only a hit for reasons that probably would not be afforded to the pros by casual fans that make post malone a thing to begin with). i doubt the pros would even want to do that type of content.
