Extreme bulking?? need advice

im 6.0 165lbs skinny as fck. i want to bulkup to say 195 by end of jan or mid feb. i know some fat gains will be their but also muscle since im hitting the gym pretty hard im on a split routine 4 days a week.

so is a 20 to 30 lbs gain in 2 months abit too much or??

id start around 3k calories and shoot for 200g protein a day

just focus on your lifts, if the lifts shoot up youre doing it right

at your height 3k calories should be reasonable

Max you can do it like 2 pounds a week without steroids but lots of fat.

soo thats like 10 pounds bro.

ur gunna have to eat like a mother fukker... youll need more like 4000 cals if u wanna make those kinds of gains. but TBH its impossible without roids.

In two months? :no:

In three months, you won't be able to lift enough poundage to gain that kind of mass.

I was also 6'0, 160-166 around July 2012 when I started a semi dirty bulk. 5 months later Im only 172 but still kind of lean. In about another 6-7 months Im going to look so brolic :jayblac:

Do it the right way, slow bulk. Dont get fat for no reason

I hit 185lbs brehs im still fairly lean/low bf gained about 18 lbs all together no visible fat i can see. being hitting the gym very hard. Very successfull bulk no need to cut at all :salute:

Arms went from 13.5-14.5 inch Unflexed no pump

Gonna slow bulk to 200lbs hopefully by next year

keep in mind back and legs are heaviest muscles so building those up will put on some weight gain but of course work on your whole body to keep it proportional.
