im 6.0 165lbs skinny as fck. i want to bulkup to say 195 by end of jan or mid feb. i know some fat gains will be their but also muscle since im hitting the gym pretty hard im on a split routine 4 days a week.
so is a 20 to 30 lbs gain in 2 months abit too much or??
