How do i keep copied files from being deleted once i delete the original from my laptop? saw this problem online; got a new WD passport external HDD. Dnt want to start using it and find out my shyt isn't saved...has been reformatted to exfat btw


oh and if i directly save a video/file to the drive, ex- a video from the web rather than copy from main disc would i be ok (guaranteed save)?

Once you transfer the file to your HD, it's there until you delete it FROM the HD.

i got 2 3.5 hds.. rund 500 gbs each

and 2 2.4 hds round 400 gbs each

and like 10 usbs (range from 1 gb to 16) and like 10 micro sds (range from 2 gb to 32gb) how can i combine all that shyt lol
