If I hear, "I don't wanna get all big & bulky" one more time.
First of all, there's some men who go to the gym everyday and don't put on much muscle, if any.
And in order for a woman to get "big & bulky", you gotta be doing some extra stuff. I see women at the gym everyday and none of them have mass from lifting weights. A few are toned, some have definition....but none are "big & bulky". The ones that are, are visibly on test/hgh etc. And nobody said women have to lift big weights, just lift light weights to burn fat/calories. But most women in general are not genetically built to put on mass.
