OG Wu-Tang Clan member U-God wants his group to know HE ain't nothing to f*** with in court -- he says the Wu's been screwing him out of revenue for years, so now he's gotta sue.

In the docs filed in NYC, U-God says he's contributed to about 170 tracks for the group since its inception in 1993 ... but says he hasn't been getting his share of royalties off 12 Wu-Tang albums, for at least the last 6 years.

U also says his Wu contract requires him to get 2 annual payments for his share of merchandising dough, but says he's been cut off from that too. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, it's clear he has particular beef with RZA and his brother, Mitchell Diggs -- claiming they're abusing their power as Wu founders, and pulling strings to leave him out in the cold.

As for Wu-Tang's top secret double album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" -- which Martin Shkreli bought for $2 million -- U-God says he's yet to see a dime from that record-setting sale.

He's asking for a complete accounting of Wu-Tang's various revenue streams, and says he's owed at least $2.5 million for numerous breaches of contract.

Sounds to us like U-God needs a meeting with Wu-Tang Financial ...

I seriously doubt he gets a dime off that $2 mill album because he gave and/or was paid for loose verses over the years. Cilvaringz took those verses and put them into the album which later sold for $2 mill.

Cilvaringz is a dirt bag but I'm not seeing how U-God can win this.

I ignored the other stuff because Wu members been trying to sue RZA since the 90's. This $2 mill album is a new wrinkle at least.

I don't know how much of this financial beef is real or imagined though. I remember Ghost was trying to sue RZA for his (meaning Ghost's) verses on "Ironman". RZA is far from perfect but a lot of the members are shady when it comes to money, too.

He's not gonna get a dime from the sale of that album. And every other Wu member knows it also. They were already paid and signed contracts for the verses on that album. Uey just being Uey, as usual. If Wu, specifically RZA and Divine, been doing him dirty for 6 years how come this the first time we're hearing about it? He basically went on a campaign to get RZA to executive produce his last album a few years back and he been really buddy, buddy with RZA for the last few years (at least in public).
