• The former Charles County deputy was arrested on sexual battery charges
• The woman said she and her daughter were sleeping next to Stufft on his couch at his home in Florida on June 30 when she got up to smoke a cigarette
• Stufft allegedly molested the child and then took pictures of her vaginal area
• The mother called police to report the incident after she left Stufft's home
• He worked with the Charles County Sheriff's Office deputy from 2004 to 2009
