You quoted me, now you don't want a back and forth? You could have sat in quiet confidence of knowing he definitely died. lol
I interpreted 'too late' meaning he could have avoided being shot the fukk up and fighting for his life if he made better life choices. They cut the movie out showing him in that state on purpose.
