Now mind you my breaks are usually around two weeks. I usually lose my pump and start feeling really small and the guilt gets me back in the gym.
But every time this happens, I come back lifting heavier than I was before. This time I came back I was able to add 10 pounds to my Bench rep. I surprised I was able to bench 245 for reps. (6-7 reps) when just a few weeks ago, I was struggling to do 5 reps at 235.
