Cold room was leaking had to pay nearly a grand to get it waterproofed then Had to replace some parts at home for my ac cost me 200, then pipes acting up no hot water, had to dish out nearly 500 for those to be replaced. Then my dryer was rattling making loud ass noises cost me 70 to fix. All of this happened this past week and my house isn't even 6 years old. And of course my parents are back in Jamaica so I got left with all this.
