On Hogan possibly returning to the company: “The only thing Hogan can do is apologize, atone for it, and we move forward. Everyone deserves a second chance that’s just the way I am.”

On Hogan supporting him throughout his career: “I talk about Hulk Hogan being in my corner, back in the day and a lot of the boys they may look at me and say, ‘Why is Booker T talking to [Hogan]?’ Back in the day, if it wasn’t for Hulk Hogan, I don’t know if Booker T and Stevie Ray would have got the push that we got. Back in the day, Sister Sherri was an intricate detail to Harlem Heat, and our success, and it was all because of Hulk Hogan. Saying ‘Hey man, those are the guys you need to put your money behind.'”

On not being willing to blacklist Hogan from the industry: “I’m taking that ‘word’ and put it over to the side, and let that man take his rightful place back, which is in this business. I’m not going to take that away from him. I’m not going to sit here and say ‘No, he should be blackballed or black listed from the game, forevermore!’ for saying something a lot of us say on a daily basis. I don’t myself, but a lot of us do. Let this man who has done so much for the wrestling business truly take his rightful place back in the WWE.”

Ehh...

I'm not sayin' Hogan deserves the Benoit treatment, but the idea of bringin' him back to be present on TV or make appearances is ill-advised. Obviously he's a huge part of the business and will probably always be valued by Vince as the star who made the company go worldwide. But it's totally OK to only acknowledge him as a part of the history without showcasing him now in light of his actions. That dude don't deserve a pass, cause at his age, you know he didn't just start talkin' like that. He's been talkin' like that all his life, even as he pretended to be a man who loves everyone on TV.

Booker won't ever go against Hogan, I still dont understand how people dont know that.

When Booker call Hogan a nikka in WCW, Booker thought he was fired, he said people backstage in wcw were calling for his job and Hogan came over told him "we good" I loved your passion or some shyt and nothing came out of it. So Booker has always thought Hogan looked out for him.

Booker has told this story on his podcast and so has Tony Schavonie on his.

Not agreeing with Booker or his thinking just putting it out there so when people act shocked or make threads this is where he is coming from.

Hogan saved Booker's job and career. You have to remember this was a guy who had no prospects outside of the business. He was a black felon. So to Booker, that was his second chance and now he feels Hogan is owed that. Booker is comparing the words of Hulk Hogan to the deeds of Hulk Hogan as they relate to Booker T. In Booker's mind, yeah he said a racist term but he saved a black felon's career and allowed him to be here today. That's a complex situation for Booker T. So I can give Booker T. a pass. But if Bobby Lashley or someone came out in support of him.........naaaaaaaaah. :camby:

Some people just refuse to acknowledge that Terry really isn't worth redemption.

I didn't forget him talking to his own (then-jailed) son, "talking carny" and "covertly" dissing black people for no goddamn reason, saying he didn't want him and his son to reincarnate as black men.

That's some unhealthy and ignorant fukking hatred to be caught pushing onto your own flesh and blood. No coming back from that. He made his fukking bed, let him lay in it Book.

Like I've said before if you wanna see Hogan on wwe television again that's what the network is for.

The old b*stard doesn't provide anything of use in today's product.:vincegetouttahere:
