To be fair, depends on who you talking about. Regular blacks eager for they first home may get ahead of themselves trying to snatch up a deal........other people have this weird mentality like they pioneers or some shyt coming to settle the land........shyt it was a video on here not that long ago thelat showed a house tour......shyttyly refurbished and asking for your first born to purchase it and a poster pointed out it was smack dab in the middle of a known territory.......
