I remember this, it came out around the time that GLOW was on in syndication and attempted to be a more serious type of wrestling show. It had a lot of broads that used to wrestle in AWA back then.
I always liked Magnificent Mimi and thought she should have been a bigger name.
Andold ass Leilani Kai...I think she and that old hag partner of her Judy Martin were the first wrestlers I ever saw use a power bomb on US TV.

I didn't know about it at the time it was on TV, but I heard about it years later and watched some of it on DVD.

It was a pretty innovative idea in its time. As Jello said, it was a much more "serious" wrestling show than GLOW was. Plenty of hot women, but a lot of heffers too. Pretty much all of them were accomplished wrestlers though, and the LPWA was big on managers. Also, Jim Cornette on color commentary. Pretty entertaining shyt from what I've seen.

I remember hearing/reading about LPWA, don't know if I ever watched it. I did watch GLOW though.
