The chances of
Euphoria airing its third season next year have increased after
HBO revealed that the youth-skewing drama is set to enter production in January.
Deadline
reported in March that filming plans for the
Sam Levinson-created series had been pushed back with Levinson still working on scripts.
Filming will now start at the top of next year with all of the principle cast returning. Also, expect a time jump between the second and third seasons.
At the time of the announcement in March, cast members were being allowed to take other jobs such as
Eric Dane joining Jensen Ackles and Jessica Camacho in Prime Video’s thriller series Countdown.
