On that note, I can’t tell if they’re going for greatest from a skill standpoint (DJ & Kamaru picks attest to that) or being an influential figure in the sport (Liddell & Couture).

In terms of in the octagon stuff, he really didn't maintain his power above 145. 3-4 record above Featherweight. I get he couldn't consistently make 145 anymore but the record is the record. Two division champ can't be understated though(Alvarez was kinda a weak champ, TBH)
