Nah that was genuine. Especially seeing Brett just give it up like that. Mark probably felt he had to "earn" every single sack he hit to make the record and it gets "broken" with a gifted sack. Mark probably wouldve stood with the record for almost 40 years til TJ broke it in 21.

Favre changed the play at the line. It was supposed to be a run. They were up 9 and trying to kill clock.

Sawa comment that said the packers called a run play and favre switched it last second to a pass play but did not update the line so they did not pass block so that strahan could get the record
