Damn. Today I only ran a mile on the treadmill as my usual pre workout routine before I hit the weights. Usually I do 2 miles on 5.5 incline and 5.5 speed before I hit he weights, but I was feeling fatigued. So I only did 1 mile on my usual 5.5 degree incline at 5.5 speed. It was a solid run and I burnt 150 calorie. So I get to the weights(leg day) and do my dumbbell frontal squats and superset them with the seated leg press. And I drag myself through that workout and get to seated hamstring curls, and my energy just completely evaporates. Like the weights Majiin Buu and zapped my energy. My sleeping cycle hasn’t been the best these past few days. Maybe that’s why it is…

But anyways, how can I retain some semblance of masculinity when my energy is zapped in the gym so far this week?

Been doing that. That’s how it’s supposed to be. Jump start that cardio and wake up the legs.

I've squatted 68 times in the last 13 weeks, but I'll let you cook. :mjlol: (Including 1 deload week.)

Good luck with your lifting / energy management problems. :hubie:

Make sure you do constant stretching

If you don't, That will tire anyone out when they lift weights
