Tax breaks, incentives and every other program that tries to make employers "want" to hire is useless. The number one goal in business is making money.
Employers don't hire because they want to, they hire because they have to.

Yeah the concept may seem obvious but your elected officials don't get it. I get tired of politicians talking about passing laws and bills and provisions with the intent of putting money in employers pockets so they can hire more. it sounds mad dumb.
