What is your writing style? Me for example a punchline hits me out of nowhere I write it down somewhere then try and match it to a beat, taking out any inappropriate syllables or excessive words so that it flows better and then I build on the theme.

Or sometimes I just simply write to the beat and listen to what the instrumental is telling me.

Do you bounce ideas off the homies?

Or do you just straight think of a concept or a hook then find an appropriate beat?

Writing for me is usually done in hour blocks, once I get a beginning for a verse I sit to the beat and pen at a min. the first verse. I'm not a punchline rapper but if I think of some dope shyt, I do like you do, write it done and try and fit it in.

The beat speaks to me, no matter what. That tells me what to rap about, or the tone.

I watch a lot of movies and I'm in tune with a lot of pop culture, so I get ideas for punchlines while reading or watching stuff, then I just write it down. Rhyme it, spin it. etc.
