I been said we should he high speed riding in tunnels to avoid animals and weather conditions while also creating an inductive charging(wireless) system for EVs….but he lacks vision if this is the best he could do. Should also be thinking spatially like how they do in sci-fi movies, utilize the side and top of a tunnel, at the very least emergency vehicles… police, fire, ambulance, etc…should get a dedicated lane. Engineer it so that traffic issues are planned for in the design to keep traffic steadily moving.
