Yesterday I ate figs and bananas for breakfast. Chickpeas with hempseeds, kale, pepper, ginger, onions for lunch. Snacked on some walnuts, cashews, and brazil nuts at some point. A mango. Made a smoothie for dinner but didn't finish it. Been eating amaranth with avocados a lot lately. Sometimes I try to follow Dr Sebi's foodlist but its pretty strictWhat do you eat then- do you eat healthy? I don't mess with rice or potatoes. I'm a permanent member of meatgang but I stay away from pork and eat beef sparingly, ground turkey tastes like lukewarm ass. I just ate shrimp, mussels and clams all week and feel like a fisherwoman.
Why?I just broke up with milk/dairy/ my doc recommends it but I just end up using the bathroom a lot. Rip to my starbucks addiction
I’m also moving to eliminating carbs like rice and tatoes
Anyone else tried removing a major food group? What were your results?
Doc says I don't process starches well, get darkish lines around my neck - plus they're overrated. I get bloated easily. I won't completely eliminate them but I've already done away with rice for the most part and slowly phasing out all but purple and red breakfast potatoes, I can live with fries a handful of times a year.
I would get a second opinion... did they do any allergy/blood tests?Doc says I don't process starches well, get darkish lines around my neck - plus they're overrated. I get bloated easily. SMHNah, just looked at the weight gain, lines and put me on that NOI diet (no fruit with white on the insides).
I have to find one, I hear the tests are expensive.
What kind of doctor was it?Yeah, I'm not even sickly just the times I do get sick (travel, season changes) I'm damn near paralyzed from the neck up and it's almost entirely food/environment related. I'm so tired of doctors. Like literally.
