11/7/2023 is indeed election day.... this is the first bellwether event to see just how bad things are ..... here are the elections to watch.....

• kentucky gov: and beshear (d) vs. daniel cameron (r) --> can beshear win again in this red state...?
• mississippi gov: tate reeves (r) vs. brandon presley (d) --> dems are unlikely to ever win the governorship in this deep red state....
• ohio issue 1 (whether to establish a right to abortion in state constitution) --> this will be an important indicator of how successful the abortion argument is for democrats...
• pennsylvania state supreme court: daniel mccaffery (d) vs. carolyn carluccio (r)
• virginia state senate (31st district): russet perry vs. juan pablo segura (r)
• virginia state senate (16th district): siobhan dunnavant (r) vs. schuyler vanvalkenburg (d)
• virginia state senate (57th district): susanna gibson (d) vs. david owen (r)
• new jersey state senate (3rd district): ed durr (r) vs. john burzichelli (d)
• rhode island congressional special election (1st district): gabe amo vs. gerry leonard (r)

I'm in PA and heading to vote at lunch time. I'll be voting McCaffrey for that key election and blue down the line even though we're unfortunately in a pretty red area.

Shout out to my ex-state VA and those that can keep Youngkin and company in check.

The other big issue in Ohio is recreational Marijuana. We need the tax money, so 1 and 2 sort of joined forces to get people out normally who do not vote. The large cities are mostly blue, it's the small BFE bible belt fukks that been pushing us back for years. Hopefully we can out vote them this time around
