No, absolutely. That is not my creed.

@Mowgli has self-imposed restrictions on his first run. If I remember correctly, breh was saying he isn't using magic and summons.
I'm on my second run and I am doing a no summons/ multiplayer help run; but I'm definitely using some magic with my melee character.

I use magic on regular enemies and use my main weapons on bosses. I'm not a damn wizard. I primarily beat the shyt out of most enemies with weapons.

This 100%. The story is weak. Some people like that, but I prefer a narrative.

Yeah, if you read lore pieces, the worldbuilding is really cool but the story itself is weak. I legit hit the : when I realized that the ruin pieces littering Limgrave were fallen parts of Farum Azula.

Do not button mash that roll button. You will be punished until you wise up.

If you roll right as you get hit. The game will buff the roll then u'll roll after the hit and get hit by a follow-up. It's annoying as hell.

This is pure bullshyt. Your roll queue should be cleared if you get hit.

Added a 100 physical negation shield to my load-out for my samurai

Made sure it was ash-less so I can pull out that unsheathe wet work when needed

All that remains is fighting the boss of Stormveil Castle but I keep getting sidetracked trying to beat this Knight in the Weeping Gaol

Hopefully I can beat this game before God Of War comes out

Killed Godrick so I been running around fighting all the Gaol bosses

Best Gaol fight thus far been the Crucible Knight though that forgotten hero with ice attacks was dope

Ran into a deathbird at night that jumped me with some rams
