Edited: I decided to challenge Millicent. After I killed her and now I feel so guilty cause when she said, "Ahh, how could you......Is this your true heart....was I...was it all for this?" shyt is heartbreaking man, I feel so bad but fukk it cause I killed her cause it got a better reward....

After I defeated Maelina so I have no idea where am I supposed to go next? I thought go back to Elden Thorne and can't touch wall of thorns so it says, impenetrable thorns refuse all.

Did you defeat the red giant yet? You have to go to crumbling farum Azula and defeat a certain boss, might as well defeat the secret Boss there while you're at it

Go to the top of the mountain after the red giant, burn down the tree there should be a site of grace there for you to call up Melina and she will burn down the tree, automatically transporting you too Crumbling Farum Azula.

I already did burn the tree by myself and Melina did show up at a site of grace and said she will be gone and no more talk to me.
