was thinking about restarting too. Also using the confessor. I dog-walked Godrick today… just summoned my +3 wolf pack, bombed him with fireballs while he fought them, and used arrows on his second form once I ran out of FP. shyt didn’t feel like a challenge, even when he was killing me.
I enjoyed the game way more before I started leaning into the faith build. When I beat tree sentinel I had “no skill” on my shield, and “quickstep” on my longsword so I could quickstep while carrying a shield instead of parrying. Getting his timing and taking him out felt like playing sekiro again.
think I’m gonna give the warrior or samurai build a try, since I’m still technically at the first castle.
Also, I accidentally killed patches.

Samurai is soooo much more fun. Especially when you get parrying down and other skill. The long bow is kind of useless in bosses thowas thinking about restarting too. Also using the confessor. I think Gerhman is still my favorite last boss.
Radagons first phase is really cool but his/her second phase kind of ruined it. Not very interesting of a design and not very fun to fight. I almost wish it was a reverse order. Felt like the second phase had no real significance or reason, it was just a big thing they needed to be epic. But I felt like it should have ended with his human form.
