I think the site of grace markers on your map point where to head next. Also jus head East towards the mountains after Academy.

I must be too tarnished or something cuz the closest signs of grace don't point no damn where after I get to that part. I 1-shotted that purple demon with the sword in the portal in that region and got the what I assume are side missions from the 4-armed blue which and her ghost lackies, but I'm like, which way is up from here?!

Best grodrick and got my first rune. It say raises attributes but I don't see my stats increases.

Gonna double back and finish Limgrave, should have enough runes to get str to 30 so I can one hand the gold halberd

So here's the thing with the Great Runes: you have to use a Rune Arc to 'activate' it, and it only lasts until you die. Think of them like Embers from DS3 (if you played that game).

If you beat the academy boss you next want to go to the altus plateau. there's the grand lift of dectus route where you have to get two halves of a medallion (one is easy, the other one much more difficult) or you climb up the precipice. I took the precipice route which you can reach by going all the way north in the lake area. there's a site of grace called the ravine and from there you'll reach a dead end with a ladder to get you started on your way up

The last academy boss that I beat was the ghost version of the tree sentinel. I doubt that's the boss you're referring to tho.

I fought a dragon in the field out there too before the witch, but it ran away mid fight, so I didn't even get to kill it.

You’re not in the academy you’re outside of caria manor, what you’re doing is Ranni’s questline right now, you just fought the glintstone dragon who runs off. You fight it again at the end of the quest

If you beat rennala your next main quest destination is atlus plateau or Radahn

You have to go to the the divine tower its by the big ass lion thing in the castle run down the bridge activate it, then use the rune arc to charge it.

To add on: you can buy Rune Arcs from the maiden husks in the Roundtable hold for 4000 souls each, OR you can have people summon you in co-op and you get a rune arc every time you help someone beat a boss.

Capital is way easier than Calied, shyt aint even close honestly for the most part I'm handling the Capital fairly easy at level 73.

I had to get to level 50 to beat Godrick as a strength and vigor vagabond w/ colossal weapon


At that point it was easy it literally just threw a summon out and then rushed him

but that’s too fukkin much. Either my build sucks, I suck or both. I shouldn’t have to grind that much to beat a boss. Something is wrong. I did clear all of Limgrave though.

is it possible to respec, I low key hate this build but I’m committed
