Fellas and ladies- I have been trying to go hard at the gym (as well as get my golf game back), and am experiencing some strong left elbow pain for the last few weeks and it doesnt seem to be going away. I am going back and forth with heat pad as well as ice, and taking it easy at the gym with elbow heavy exercises.

Does anyone have good tips to get rid of this pain? What have you guys done when you got any elbow pains? Thanks for the help in advance!

Take a baseball/softball/lacrosse ball and roll the fukk out of your upper arms (against a wall/door, etc) and do the same with your forearms. I staaaay dealing with elbow problems and aside from rest, these are the best things to do imo.

Pain is at the tip of the elbow? There are no muscles there, just ligaments connecting to bone and cartilage. If you have nerve pain there, you probably strained yourself.
I can only recommend rest, as in you can still workout but don't do anything involving your left arm. So, that pretty much leaves just legs, abs, lower back, and trapezius exercises. You can take a break from weight lifting and just do cardio, bike or jog.
