Education tax credits/refunds etc

Can't remember what it's called continued eduction or something.

If they're is a tax credit for New York State and Federal let me know.

Anyone know what I need to do to get tax credits etc back?
Took twelve classes and got a certification.
Paid out of pocket have receipts.

Hoping someone knows the process or what to expect.

It would be great to to get some money back or knock a few grand off the taxes.

I think the bill was passed in the last few years but I can't remember what it's called.
