I sold some shyt on eBay almost a month ago and the buyer just hit me up and said it doesn't work. I'm not trying to come up off this $250 though. :lolbron:

Can I just close my eBay and paypal accounts? I don't believe it didn't work and if that was the case why did dude wait so long to tell me?

It's actually been 14 days exactly. He has 14 to get a refund. That does seem kinda suspect.

But I think the 14 day thing may have me in the clear. :whew:

If not, I might have to delete or something. I'm not worried too much about feedback because I don't sell too much stuff on eBay. I just don't want paypal trying to reach into my bank account.

Well in my experience (which I wouldn't say this would go for everyone, but) I may have messed around on eBay a few years ago which ended up leaving me a PayPal account with about -$700, and they never tried to charge my linked bank account. But who knows what may have changed since then.

what did you sell? It might be too late to file a claim for the buyer.

It was a in dash navigation unit and 6 disc changer. He says the cd player didn't work. Did a lil research and it appears he has 45 days for "item not as described" claim. :aicmon:

Thanks for that info, breh. That's what I keep reading. They'll make my paypal balance negative but that's it. PP doesn't have my social so they really can't do shyt. As soon as I get this payment for this last pair of J's I got on eBay I'm unlinking my bank account and tossing that PP account in the bushes. It's actually a secondary PP account anyway so I really don't give a fukk. :pachaha:

So dude will file a claim, get his money and PP/eBay will just write it off. It looks like everybody wins. :jawalrus:

Just know you whatever info thats linked to that account, you will never be able to use on ebay again. This is why Im tryna avoid electonics on ebay. I got some shoes Im tryna sell on ebay but Im even weary about that. I'll probably restrict the bidders to ppl with a certain amunt of transaction and feedback.

Yesterday I just sold some kitchen cutlery on ebay, so hopefully all goes smoothe with that :whew:
